In a country where tea isn’t yet a staple, Afyatea was born from one woman’s quest for something more nourishing. Founder Zommi Kungne Vanessa discovered the incredible benefits of the moringa plant, and along with her team, began cultivating and crafting it into tea that not only heals but tells the story of Africa’s strength and beauty.

With early support from Ashoka, Anzisha Prize, and personal funding, Afyatea went from a dream to being stocked in stores across Cameroon and reaching homes through local delivery. Today, Afyatea is Cameroon’s first African-branded tea, and we’re getting global attention from Brazil to Germany. But we need your help to grow.
